- Description: 夢想基金會於2014年成立，我們致力發展青少年工作互動平台，透過本地的公益慈善、專家教育、文娛康體的團體有著非常廣泛及緊密的連繫，進一步為本地青少年與國際的青少年發展平台接軌。我們有幸得到不少各界專業業餘足球隊、籃球隊、訓練機構、體育宣傳機構和教育機構的支持下，創辦了夢想基金會，宗旨在推動不同年齡階層去追尋夢想、培養他們對社會責任的成長、並透過推廣可持續及社會參與的環境來達到社會教育的目標。我們的口號是「夢想同行、足跡傳承」，夢想基金會提倡一個關愛和追求夢想的態度。我們目前的主要工作是鼓勵年輕人參加各種社區、慈善活動，這些項目包括國際品牌青訓合作、學校巡迴分享、聯校錦標賽、青少年發展和關愛社會工作發展等。
